What we collect

We collect the email, checkout-confirmed country, and purchase or download details needed to deliver products, enforce offer eligibility, provide support, prevent duplicate processing, and keep required transaction records.

Hosted checkout

Our payment provider collects billing and shipping address details to enforce geographic availability, calculate tax, and process payment. We retain the matching billing/shipping country with the commerce record; the full address remains with the payment provider unless law or a support request requires otherwise.

Marketing is separate

Product news is optional. Declining marketing does not block a purchase or requested free download. You can withdraw marketing consent by contacting support@drknockersaudio.com.

Processors and retention

Payment and email providers will process only the data needed for their role once production providers are selected. Final retention periods and provider names require legal review before launch.
